For vacant positions and general applications, we create our cv pool by contracted human resources portals, applications came to human resources e-mail, job application forms filled in our offices.
With appropriate candidates who have made application;
First interview based on competence is made
Personality inventory is applied
Foreign language evaluation is made depending on the relevant position
Appropriate candidates after such evaluation are sent to the concerned department manager and if necessary, top manager for interview
Reference investigation is made
Job offer is made to the candidates found to be appropriate after all these evaluations and Recruitment Procedure of ASSET GROUP is applied.
