Vocational and personal development trainings are planned related to the fields and subjects required by ASSET GROUP employees in such a manner that it makes a contribution to the objectives and targets of the company. Trainings in ASSET GROUP are categorized as follows:
Orientation Training: It is organized for the new employees of ASSET GROUP Family.
Occupational Health and Safety Training: This training is provided to all employees.
Programme on Training Assistant Specialist: Training programme designed so as to ensure that newly graduated persons get a job and make a contribution to their personal developments and organized by ASSET AKADEMİ. Candidates must be successful in the exams in order to graduate from the programme.
Specialist Training Programme: Applied to our Specialist Candidates and includes required theoretical and applied trainings so that the candidates must be specialist.
Leader Training Programme: Training programme in which all managers participate in line with ASSET GROUP targets and values.
Vocational and Personal Development Trainings Organized within the Scope of Annual Training Plan: Specifically, vocational and personal development programmes applied within the framework of the specialty of our personnel.
Training Services we have provided to our Customers: We provide training activities with our training personnel being expert in the subjects of our specialty and requested by our customers. We apply a programme on training foreign trade/logistic personnel to the newly graduated employees of our customers.
